Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Cyber Syndicate, LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of vCISO.AI (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you use it for an organization, that organization.

The Service

vCISO.AI helps you build and operate a security and compliance program, including AI generated gap analyses, policies, evidence mapping, and guidance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI output before relying on it. The Service provides software and information, not legal advice, audit services, or a guarantee of certification or audit outcomes.

Your account

• Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate.
• You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts.
• Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, no interference with operation, no use that violates law or the rights of others.

Your content

You own the content you put into the Service and the work product generated for your organization, including policies and reports. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service, such as storing your content and processing it with our service providers. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at purchase. Your signup price is locked for 24 months as described in your order form. Fees are non refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Compliance outcomes depend on your implementation and your auditor's judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your program content as described in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice, such as by email or in the product. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
